As a management consultancy specializing in management and sales development, we support you in measurably increasing the performance and efficiency of your organisation. We also use our tools to carry out such measurements.
We offer a wide range of different survey systems. These range from 360-degree feedback systems to personality tests. We also carry out certifications for some selected survey tools. Individual feedback discussions are also part of our portfolio.
If desired, our Wildenmann consultants can also provide coaching sessions following the surveys, in which the identified areas for development are addressed directly. The integration of both areas has proven to be a valuable asset in the past.

Implementation
There are three options for reporting the results of a questionnaire to a feedback recipient:
Option 1: Feedback meeting with Wildenmann
The individual feedback meeting is conducted by a specially trained Wildenmann consultant.
We recommend that the meeting lasts 1.5 hours. In addition, 0.5 hours of preparation time is required for each evaluation.
The fee is €325 per hour.
The meeting can take place online or in person.
Option 2: Certification of trainers/consultants
Certification training is provided for one or more people in your company.
Through the certification training, participants obtain a licence to use the survey tool independently.
This allows individual feedback meetings to be conducted in-house.

Option 3: Feedback meetings by certified trainers
As a certified trainer, you can purchase our survey tools directly from our shop.
