The Reflector Big Five Leadership is based on the Reflector Big Five Personality.The RBFL is a psychometric test procedure for determining and reflecting on personal behavioural dispositions. The aim is to identify strengths, weaknesses and development needs in the working environment and specifically for the leadership context and to make people aware of them. It has been specially developed for managers and derives personal preferences for eight different management roles from the Big 5 profile.Among other things, we can also use this test to measure factors such as dealing with complexity, personal flexibility in dealing with change, leadership impulse, inner drive and drive, which in turn are closely related to the potential factors.This personality instrument is particularly suitable for use in individual coaching or career planning.
